Oven cook from chilled:
190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas 5.

Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove carton and leave wellington on tray. Set aside sauce pots. For best results brush the top of the pastry with a beaten egg then place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven.
During cooking: Place prosecco sauce in a saucepan and allow to heat for 5 minutes, or until gently bubbling.
After cooking: Remove wellington from oven, set aside and allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving. Check food is piping hot.
All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
