Cooking instructions
Oven cook from chilled. 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas 5 30-35 mins
Before cooking. Preheat oven. Remove outer packaging and wrapper and replace Camembert in wooden dish. Set the sauce sachet and pecans to one side. Cut a 10cm cross on top of the Camembert and place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven.
During cooking: Cook for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and peel back the corners of the Camembert rind. Take care as the cheese will be hot. Open sachet of spiced black cherry glaze and spread evenly over the surface of the cheese. Return to the oven for a further 10 minutes.
After cooking: Check food is piping hot. Before serving, sprinkle pecans over the top of the cheese.
