Oven heat from chilled only. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking.
Before heating: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging except foil. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven.
After heating: Leave in foil for 10 minutes, then carefully remove and serve. Check food is piping hot.
