Oven cook from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking.
Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film. Cover the tray with foil. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven.
During cooking: After 40 minutes, remove the foil. Stir thoroughly and continue cooking for the remaining 8 minutes.
After cooking: Stir thoroughly. Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
