Cooking instructions
Oven cook from chilled. 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas 5. 20 mins.
Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove outer packaging and wrapper and replace Camembert in wooden dish. Cut a 5cm cross on top of the Camembert and place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven.
During cooking: Cook for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and peel back the corners of the Camembert rind and stir to ensure that cheese is smooth and lump free. If not, place it back in the oven for a further 5 minutes and stir again. Take care as the cheese will be hot. Open sachet of glaze and spread evenly over the surface of the two cheeses. Return to the oven for a further 5 minutes.
After cooking: Check food is piping hot. Serve immediately.
