Each year, during the peak North Atlantic lobster season, traditional baited pots are lowered onto the seabed in the icy waters surrounding Newfoundland and Labrador. The Lobsters grow slowly in the pristine waters of Eastern Canada, to be responsibly harvested using fishing methods passed down through generations, and are selected for their delicate sweetness, succulent texture and exceptional eating quality
