Description
Farmed in cold, pristine waters, halibut is renowned for its firm texture and clean, delicate
flavour, making it one of the most prestigious white fish amongst chefs. Slowly grown and
hand filleted by experts.
Our halibut fillets are responsibly sourced from cold, clear waters, deep in the Norwegian Fjords. Each fish is allowed to slowly grow at its own pace, for an exceptional clean flavour and firm, flaking texture, and is then skilfully filleted by hand to achieve the most premium cut.
The delicate fish is topped with crunchy breadcrumbs blended with garlic and parsley, and garnished with fresh red chard, sea beet and samphire. As it cooks, the underside of the halibut is gently roasted in melting brown butter and parsley for a rich nutty flavour. The dish is completed with a tangy and decadent lemon beurre blanc style sauce, a classic pairing with white fish.

Oven cook from chilled 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6. 35 mins
If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking.
Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove outer packaging and film lid. Remove sachet and set to one side. Place foil tray on a baking tray in the centre of the oven.
During cooking: Cook for 15 minutes, baste side of fish with melted butter and return to oven for a further 20 minutes.
After cooking: Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 2 minutes.

Cook on the hob Low heat 3-4 mins
Before cooking: Remove all packaging. Decant sauce into a saucepan.
During cooking: Stir frequently. Do not allow to boil.
After cooking: Check food is piping hot. Serve immediately.
