Made in Scotland by a fifth-generation family-run producer, with specially selected ingredients that champion the best of British produce. We start with Crab, caught by day boats using traditional fishing methods from waters surrounding the British Isles. It's then landed in Devon and expertly prepared to extract the sweet, delicate white meat and rich brown meat that's full of flavour
The crab is folded through a rich and indulgent sauce, made using our own Taste the Difference London Porter, produced by family-owned brewers Hall & Woodhouse, who've been crafting beers in Dorset since 1777. The beer is brewed with rich roasted malt and English Golding & Challenger hops for a characteristic dark colour and rich taste. Combined with West Country Farmhouse Cheddar cheese produced by Barber's dairy; the Barber family began making cheese on their Somerset farm in 1833 and are now the oldest surviving cheddar-makers in the world Product legal description
