220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 8

Oven cook from chilled. If freezing at home defrost thoroughly before cooking.
Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place contents of pouch into an ovenproof dish and cover with foil and place on the top shelf of oven.
During cooking: After 20 minutes remove foil and stir gently and place the dumplings in top. Return to oven for remaining cooking time.
After cooking: Stir thoroughly. Place beef cheeks casserole into a dish to serve. Check food is piping hot.
