180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas 5. 45 mins for medium
Oven cooked from chilled.
Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and set aside sachet for later use. Place the lamb onto a shallow roasting tray and leave at room temperature for 20 minutes.
During cooking: Place on the middle shelf of the oven an cook for 45 minutes for medium and 70 minutes for well done.
After cooking: Remove lamb from the oven and loosely cover with foil. Allow to rest for 5 minutes. While lamb is resting, place the sauce sachet in boiling water for 5 minutes.
Place lamb onto a chopping board and using a sharp, non-serrated knife cut between the bones and pour the sauce over to serve. Check food is piping hot.
