Our Taste the Difference dry cured ham is made using prime cuts of outdoor bred British
pork from RSPCA assured farms. Expertly butchered and dry cured, then slowly cooked for
succulence. Finish at home with a wildflower honey glaze. Delicious served hot or cold.

To reheat the joint: 200 °C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6. 2 hours 10 mins
Before heating: Preheat oven. Remove outer packaging and set the glaze sachet to one side. Wrap the joint loosely with foil and place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven.
During heating: After 2 hours, remove the joint from the oven, open glaze sachet and apply evenly over the top of the joint. Return to the oven and cook for a further 10 minutes.
After heating: Remove the joint from the oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes and carefully remove the foil before carving. Check food is piping hot.
