Oven cook from chilled only.
Time: 20 mins per kg +105 mins 180°C , Fan 160°C , Gas 4
If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before cooking.
Before cooking: Refer to the weight label on the front of the pack for the specific roasting time. Preheat oven and remove all packaging.
Place the turkey crown in a deep sided ovenproof roasting tin. Measure out 200ml of cold water and pour into the roasting tin around the turkey crown. Cover the turkey crown with foil and place in the centre of the oven.
During cooking: Remove the foil 30 minutes before the end of cooking, baste and return to the oven to allow the skin to became golden brown.
After cooking: Once cooked, remove the turkey crown from the oven, check food is piping hot and no pink colour remains. Cover with foil and allow to rest for 30 minutes before carving.

For use by date: see front of pack Keep refrigerated. Once opened use within 24 hours. Do not exceed the use by date.

Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 1 day in a refrigerator and once defrosted cook within 24 hours.
Do not refreeze once defrosted. Ensure the crown is completely defrosted by checking there are no ice crystals in the cavity.
