Cooking instructions
Oven cook from chilled.
200°C/ Fan 180°C/ Gas 6. For medium: 12-15 mins per 500g,
If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking.

Before Cooking: Remove Joint from the packaging and allow to rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
During cooking: Rub the joint with 5ml of oil, for rare cook for 8-11 minutes per 500g, for medium 12-15 minutes per 500g, for well done 16-20 minutes per 500g
After Cooking: Remove the joint and allow to rest for 20 minutes and season to taste. This product should be cooked until piping hot throughout. Please ensure that the string is removed. If cooking rare, check the surface is fully seared/browned.
