Oven cook from chilled
200°C / 180°C Fan / Gas 6
Oven cook from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking.
Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and set aside sauce sachet for later use. Carefully cut open the pouch and place lamb onto a roasting tray and place on the middle shelf of the oven. Cook for 60 minutes.
During cooking: Remove lamb from oven, pour sauce over the lamb and return to the oven for the final 5 minutes of cooking.
After cooking: Remove lamb from oven, and place on a serving dish and rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
