Oven cook from chilled. If freezing at home,
defrost thoroughly before cooking.
Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all
packaging and set aside sauce sachet for
later use. Carefully cut open the pouch and
place lamb onto a roasting tray and place on
the middle shelf of the oven. Cook for 60
During cooking: Remove lamb from oven,
pour sauce over the lamb and return to the
oven for the final 5 minutes of cooking.
After cooking: Remove lamb from oven, and
place on a serving dish and rest for 5
minutes before serving.
Check food is piping hot. All cooking
appliances vary. This is a guide only.
For use by date: see front of pack. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, use immediately. Do not exceed the use by date.
For best quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the use by date. Once frozen consume within 1 month. Once defrosted use the same day. Defrost thoroughly and consume within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
