To oven Cook from chilled.
Before cooking: Preheat oven to 200°C. /
Fan 180°C / Gas 6. Remove all packaging.
Place joint on a foil lined baking tray. Cover
the meat loosely with foil, creating a tent.
During cooking: Cook for 2 hours.
After cooking: Remove from the oven and
allow to rest for 10 minutes in a warm place.
Carefully remove top section of the foil and
remove the strings with scissors. Whilst
resting, place the unopened sauce sachet in
a pan of water and bring to the boil. Remove
from the heat and leave sachet in water for 5
minutes. Carefully remove the sachet from
the hot water and pour the sauce over the
meat to serve. Check food is piping hot and
all juices run clear. All cooking appliances

For use by date: see front of pack. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, use within 1 day
and do not exceed the use by date.
For best Quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the use
by date. Once frozen consume within 2 months.
Defrost thoroughly and consume within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted
