Cooking instructions
Oven cook from chilled.
200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6. 2 hours.
Before cooking: Preheat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Remove all packaging and set the sauce sachet to one side. Place the joint on a foil lined baking tray. Cover the meat loosely with foil, creating a tent over the joint. Place in the centre of the oven.
