Cooking instructions
Oven cook from chilled.
200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6. 2 hours.
Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging including sauce sachet. Place joint on a foil lined baking tray. Cover meat loosely with foil, creating a tent over the joint. Place in the centre of the oven.
During cooking: Cook for 2 hours.
After cooking: Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes in a warm place. Carefully remove top section of the foil and remove the strings with scissors. Whilst resting, place the unopened sauce sachet in a pan of water and bring to the boil. Remove from the heat and leave sachet in water for 5 minutes. Carefully remove the sachet from the hot water and pour the sauce over the meat to serve. Check food is piping hot and all juices run clear.
