Ideal for those who prefer white meat, it is exceptionally moist and tender because we brine it before slow cooking. Then, adding only a simple salt & pepper seasoning, we gently slow cook it sous vide for three and half hours.

Cooking instructions
Oven cook from chilled
Before cooking: Preheat oven. remove all
packaging. Carefully cut open the pouch and
place Turkey onto a wire trivet on a roasting
tray. Cover turkey tightly with foil and place
on the middle shelf of the oven. Cook for 55
minutes.
During cooking: Remove foil for the last 10
minutes before serving.
After cooking: Allow turkey to rest for 10
minutes before serving. Check food is piping
hot. All cooking appliances very.
