Cooking instructions

Oven cook from chilled. Before cooking: Preheat oven to Electric 200’C, Fan 180’c, Gas Mark 6. Remove all packaging. Place joint on an oven tray and loosely wrap the joint in tin foil. Place joint in oven. After Cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.

Storage

Keep refrigerated, once opened consume within 24 hours and do not exceed the use by date. Not suitable for home freezing
