Warnings

  • All cheeses made with pasteurised milk. Expectant mothers and those susceptible to infection should avoid eating the Blue Stilton®, mini Brie and Goats' cheese. Mature Cheddar and Wensleydale with cranberries are packaged in a protective atmosphere.

Storage

Cheese: Keep refrigerated. Once opened, use within 3 days and do not exceed the use by date. For optimum freshness once opened, rewrap the cheese so it is well sealed and airtight to avoid drying out.
Oatcakes: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in an airtight container for best quality.
Chutney: Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 4 weeks.
