Description
This firm and richly flavoured salmon is reared in the cold, swift-flowing waters
surrounding Scotland’s beautiful Hebridean islands. It’s expertly filleted and cured with
sea salt and demerara sugar. Then it’s slow smoked for 12 hours over oak and whisky
cask chippings for a uniquely creamy-tasting salmon with a robust smokiness.

day and do not exceed the use by date.
For best taste, allow to come up to room temperature shortly before serving.
Freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the use by date. Once frozen consume within 1 month.
