Do not stuff the turkey crown - the stuffing must be cooked separately
Keep raw poultry separate from cooked
foods. Use separate kitchen utensils for raw
poultry and cooked foods or wash them
thoroughly between use. Wash hands after
handling raw poultry. Defrost thoroughly
before cooking and always ensure the
product is piping hot before serving and the
juices run clear when a skewer is inserted.
Don’t wash raw turkey.
