Time 40 mins per kg + 30 mins. 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas 4

During cooking: After 1 hour remove foil and
baste crown with juices. Baste regularly
during cooking. For the final 10 minutes of
cooking pour turkey gravy from the sachet
over the crown
After cooking:Once cooked, remove from the oven. Always ensure the product is piping hot throughout, the juices run clear when a skewer is inserted and no pink colour remains in the deepest part of the flesh. Leave to rest for 20 minutes prior to carving. Decant any excess glaze and juices into a pan and bring to a simmer to pour over sliced meat.

Once opened cook within 24 hours and do not exceed the use by date.
