Take joint out of the fridge for 15 minutes to
come to room temperature.
Remove the joint out of the pouch into a
metal tray discarding the cookout liquid.
Place in the centre of a pre-heated oven
covered with foil for 2 hours,
remove the foil and place back in the oven
for 30 minutes. Baste the joint regularly through cooking.
Remove from oven, rest for 15 to 20 minutes before slicing to serve.
For use by date: see front of pack. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, use within 2 days and do not exceed the use by date. Do not Freeze.
