cranberries and walnuts to add a delicious bite when served on top of fresh, warm crunchy bread.

Preparation and Safety
Oven cook from chilled
Before cooking: Preheat oven to 190°C / Fan
170°C / Gas Mark 5. Remove outer
packaging and wrapper and replace
Camembert in wooden dish. Cut a 10cm
cross on top of the Camembert and place on
a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven.
During cooking: Cook for 25 minutes.
Remove from oven and peel back the
corners of the Camembert rind. Take care as
the cheese will be hot. Open sachet of red
onion chutney and spread evenly over the
surface of the cheese. Return to the oven for
a further 10 minutes.
After cooking: Check food is piping hot.
Before serving, sprinkle the cranberry &
walnut sachet over the top of the cheese.
