Cooking instructions

Oven cook from chilled.

Time: 50-55 mins, Temp: 200°C/ Fan 180°C/ Gas 6.

Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and place sachet to one side. Place on a lightly oiled baking tray and drizzle with a little olive oil (optional). Place the baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven.

After cooking: Check food is piping hot. Rest the joint for 3-4 minutes before removing the bands. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.

Snip open the cranberry and orange sauce sachet at the corner and pour contents into a microwaveable dish. Cook on full power 800W microwave for 50 secs. Leave to stand for 10 secs then pour over cooked joint and serve.

  • Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.

Storage

For use by date: see front of pack. Keep refrigerated, once opened use within 24 hours and do not exceed the use by date.
