Cooking instructions
Oven cook from chilled only.
210°C / Fan 190°C / Gas 6. 45 minutes.
Before Cooking: Preheat oven.
During Cooking: Remove the film, add 2 tbsp of water into the bottom of the tray. Place product in foil tray on a baking tray in a preheated oven on the centre shelf and cook for 45 minutes. Baste occasionally throughout cooking. Rest product for 2 minutes.
After Cooking: Slice with a sharp knife. Check product is piping hot and cooked thoroughly.
