Oven cook from chilled.
200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6. 35 mins
If freezing at home defrost thoroughly before cooking.
Before Cooking: Remove all packaging and set aside sachets for later use. Transfer the duck legs (skin side up) into a shallow roasting tray and place carrots into a small ovenproof dish. Place the duck legs on middle shelf of the oven and cook for 35 minutes.
During Cooking: After 5 minutes of cooking the duck legs, place the carrots onto the middle shelf of the oven for 23 minutes. Remove the carrots from the oven, pour the honey and orange glaze over carrots, stir and return to the oven for a further 7 minutes. Transfer the contents of the Jus sachet into a small saucepan. Over a medium heat bring up to a simmer for 2 minutes stirring frequently.
After Cooking: Remove the duck and carrots from the oven and transfer to a warmed plate. Pour over Jus to serve.
