Grill from chilled Moderate heat 22 minutes. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking.
Before Cooking: Preheat grill, remove all packaging and place burgers on the rack of grill pan.
During Cooking: Grill under a moderate heat for 22 minutes, turning occasionally.
After Cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains.

JS Ranch Steaks with Louisiana BBQ Rub
To pan fry from chilled medium heat for 7 minutes. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking.
Before cooking: Remove all packaging, allow steaks to reach room temperature. Add 10ml of oil to a pan and heat to a medium heat. Once the oil is hot add the steaks.
During Cooking: Cooking times for rare are 5 minutes, medium 7 minutes and well done 11 minutes. Turning regularly.
After cooking: Remove the steaks and allow to rest on a warm plate for 2 minutes.
