To oven cook from chilled.
180°C/ Fan 160°C / Gas 3. 54 mins.
Before cooking: Remove all packaging. Put the glaze sachet to one side. Demould the pudding onto greaseproof paper on a baking tray, making sure the bacon is
wrapped around the stuffing. Tightly put foil around the pudding, making sure there are no open gaps. Place the tray on the middle shelf of the oven.
During cooking: Cook for 50 mins. Remove from the oven and carefully remove the foil. Increase oven temperature to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6. Spread the contents of the
sachet over the stuffing, return to the oven and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
After cooking: Remove from the oven and leave to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Check food is piping hot throughout and all juices run clear. All cooking appliances vary.
