Oven cook from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking.
190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas 5. 1hr 40 mins.
Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film lid. Place the foil tray on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. Cover with foil and cook for 30 mins.
During cooking: Remove foil, baste chicken with the cooking juices and cook for a further 70 mins.
After cooking: Check food is piping hot. Ensure the chicken is thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Ensure stuffing is piping hot. Cover with foil and leave to rest for 10-15 mins before carving. Pour the remaining cooking juices over the chicken and serve.
