Oven cook from chilled.
190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas 5. 1hr 40 mins.
If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking.
Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film lid. Place the foil tray on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. Cover with foil and cook for 30 mins.
During cooking: Remove foil, baste chicken with the cooking juices and cook for a further 70 mins.
After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains. Ensure stuffing is piping hot. Cover with foil and leave to rest for 10-15 mins before carving. Carve and serve with the stuffing and cooking juices.
