Preparation and Safety
Oven cook from chilled. 190°C/ Fan 170°C/ Gas mark 5. 35 mins.
Before cooking: Remove outer
packaging and film and place Camembert in wooden dish. Cut a 5cm cross
on top of the Camembert and place on a
baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven.
During cooking: Cook for 25 minutes.
Remove from oven and peel back the
corners of the Camembert rind. Take care as
the cheese will be hot. Open sachet of fig &
port glaze and spread evenly over the
surface of the cheese. Return to the oven for
a further 10 minutes.
After cooking: Check food is piping hot.
Serve immediately. All cooking appliances
