Oven cook from chilled only. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before cooking.
180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas 5. 40 mins per kg + 60 mins.
Before cooking: Refer to weight label on the
front of the pack for the specific roasting
time. Preheat oven. Remove bag leaving the
turkey crown in the provided tray and cover
loosely with foil. Place on a roasting tray on
the middle shelf of the oven.
During cooking: 30 minutes before the end of
cooking remove foil and baste crown with
juices. Baste regularly during cooking.
After cooking: Once cooked, remove from the
oven. Always ensure the product is piping hot
throughout, the juices run clear when a
skewer is inserted and no pink colour
remains in the deepest part of the flesh.
Leave to rest for 30 minutes prior to carving.

Keep Refrigerated at -2C to +4C.
Store uncooked meat covered and lower in the refrigerator than cooked meat.
Once opened cook within 24 hours and do not exceed the use by date.
Suitable for freezing
Freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the use by date.
Once frozen use within 1 month.
If your turkey is frozen and needs to be defrosted, this can be done as follows:
Leave the turkey in the bag.
Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator in a deep dish or tray before cooking and use within 24
Defrost in a refrigerator for 24 hours.
If your turkey is not fully defrosted before cooking, it may cook unevenly. This means
harmful bacteria can survive the cooking process and you will be at risk of food poisoning.
Do not defrost your turkey at room temperature.
Do not refreeze once defrosted.
