Oven cook from chilled. 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 8. 60 min. If freezing at home
defrost thoroughly before cooking.
Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all contents of the pack and set aside the sachet of turkey Jus and stuffing for later use. Place the turkey into foil tray and place on a baking sheet in the centre of the oven.
During Cooking: Cook for 30 minutes (45 minutes in Gas Oven). Decant the stuffing slab onto a roasting tray next to the turkey and cover the turkey loosely with foil. Return to the oven for a further 30 minutes.
After Cooking: Remove turkey and stuffing from the oven, cover with foil and rest for 15 minutes. While the turkey is resting, decant the turkey jus into a saucepan and simmer for 3 minutes stirring frequently. Add the jus to a jug and serve alongside the turkey and stuffing. Check food is piping hot throughout. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
