Oven cook from chilled only.
220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 7 60-80 mins
If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before cooking.
Remove all contents of the pack and set aside the sachets of turkey Jus and stuffing
for later use.
Open the turkey pouch and decant the juices into a saucepan for later use. Place the turkey onto a large roasting tray and place in the centre of the oven.
During Cooking: Cook for 30 minutes (*45 minutes in Gas oven), after cooking for 30 minutes (*45
minutes in Gas oven), decant the stuffing slab onto the roasting tray next to the turkey and cover the turkey loosely with foil. Return to the oven and cook for a further 30 minutes
(*35 minutes for Gas Oven).
After Cooking: Remove the turkey and stuffing from the
oven, cover in foil and let rest for 15 minutes.
While the turkey is resting, decant the turkey
jus into a saucepan and add 200ml of the
retained turkey juices. Warm the jus over
medium heat and simmer for 6 minutes
stirring frequently. Add the jus to a gravy jug
and serve alongside the turkey and stuffing.

Once opened, use within 24 hours and
do not exceed the use by date.
For best quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the use by date.
Once frozen consume within 3 months.
Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours.
Do not refreeze once defrosted.
