From frozen 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6 21 mins
Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place on a preheated large or two medium sized baking trays on the middle shelf of the oven.
After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout and no pink colour remains in the meat. Do not reheat once cooled.
